Description Excel based or web based process optimisation software.
Web-based version allows users to centrally-store information to be shared across company sites globally and allows collaborative working, remote technical support and support for processes moved between sites. The injection moulding process is broken down into what we believe are the key components of the cycle and critical process parameters. Each one of these key components is a worksheet which is completed by performing weight and product analysis. Completing each worksheet in turn results is an optimised process completed by 10 different sets of experiments.
