Product Name		Electric Motor Housing

Description		The product, made from thermoset material (BMC), warped too much after the ejection from the mould. The main task was to optimise the product design and gating system in order to minimise the deformations after part ejection. After several iterations the optimum solution was found which was approved by the customer. In the process of injection moulding simulations the classified material used by the customer was sent to Moldflow material Labs in Australia for characterisation. (Customer: Domel, d.d., Slovenia)
