Northampton-based Matrix Polymers, in partnership with rotomoulder Gordon Ellis, has helped Zombie Lighting to find the right material and production method for its new Demon lamp.
Matrix cites several key factors for the use of its Revolve N-461 material in the lamp including high surface definition, bright colour, pigments free of heavy metals, durability, and “outstanding” flow characteristics without compromise in impact performance.
The product presented some challenges due to its tight corner radii, but these were overcome thanks to the high level of rotomoulding expertise at Gordon Ellis, says Matrix.
