PRW’s Most Influential People in the UK Plastics Industry is a list of those individuals whom PRW readers and a panel of experts believe have had the most impact on the sector in the past 12 months.
PRW readers will be asked to nominate the three individuals they think have had most sway over the activities of the plastics industry.
Those making the list could – indeed perhaps should – include the Prime Minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer, since these two individuals influence economic policy in the UK and therefore influence the fortunes of the sector.
Then there are the heads of successful businesses in the sector, from processing companies to machinery suppliers; buyers from customer firms in sectors such as automotive or medical; talented engineers or technicians; machinery and material specialists; designers; entrepreneurs; financiers; trade association representatives; heads of government departments, etc. The list is potentially endless.
Nominations from PRW readers will be assessed by a panel drawn from senior editors within Crain Communications and a definitive list of the most influential people in the sector will then be compiled.
The list will be unveiled at a ceremony at PDM event in Telford on Tuesday, 14 June 2016.
